My primary market of operation is Switzerland. I am well-versed in its particularities and am familiar with its local practices. Thanks to many years of work in and with international companies, however, I also have solid experience in other markets and jurisdictions. This has given me an extraordinary competence in international employment and compensation situations.

My many years of responsibility for compensation management in large Swiss and international companies have entailed developing and supervising global programs for compensation, equity-based participation and international employee mobility. I have also managed compensation systems for members of senior management, boards of directors and international executives. This was giving me practice in corporate leadership in an operational and strategic capacity. Furthermore, I worked as a consultant for several years.

In the last few years, I played an instrumental role in a forum of reward leaders from large global companies. This experience offered me a wealth of knowledge and valuable insights.
